A few weeks after I was given pre-approval for Josephine, I decided to contact Cori at Great Wall and ask her if she knew who assigned Song QianRu the name Josephine? Cori wrote me back she had! She said that she named her that after the character "Jo" in Little Women. At the same time, she named another child Beth. I was thrilled to be able to know this little part of history that helped bring Josephine to us. I'm so thankful for Cori, for all the work she did on my behalf (asking for additional information from China, etc.) when I wasn't even a Great Wall client.
In the above picture, my mom, sister, and Madalyn all made a Mosaic of the first 4 letters of Josephine. Madalyn and I will finish the rest of the letters, once a month, and hopefully she'll be home before we finish!
